In the digital age we live in, structured data management is increasingly relevant for marketing activities.
Companies face a constant flow of information from multiple sources: advertising platforms, social media, websites, e-commerce, and other communication channels.
These data represent a valuable opportunity to better target end customers, identify key market trends, and consequently make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
However, extracting meaningful information from different sources and large amounts of data can be challenging.
To make the strategizing process easier, a marketing agency that was already our client turned to us.
The needs identified were twofold: on one hand, the agency needed a platform that ensured the correct organization and administration of Big Data, and on the other hand, it needed new, more powerful and immediate analysis tools to facilitate monitoring and strategic evaluation processes. The complexity of the data and the lack of adequate tools made it difficult for the agency to obtain significant insights and make informed decisions in a timely manner.
To address the client's issues, our engineers specialized in Big Data developed a Big Data architecture to structure and organize the data available to the agency, and an integrated Business Intelligence tool for the platform to quickly analyze and visualize the data.
The architecture was designed to connect with various data sources (social networks, CRM, Google Analytics, CSS, ...), transform raw data into usable metadata, and organize the continuous data flow into a single platform.
The platform was then connected to a custom Business Intelligence solution: a very intuitive tool, accessible via network by multiple users simultaneously, allowing quick visualization and examination of all available data.
The developed Business Intelligence focuses on functional and easy-to-use dashboards, rich in impactful charts, enabling the agency to identify significant trends and patterns at a glance.
Additionally, our Machine Learning engineers developed other advanced analysis and reporting features, such as the ability to automatically generate reports (using Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology) and the "suggestion" function, which automatically proposes insights and data interpretations, thanks to the integration with analysis and forecasting methods derived from Data Science.
This way, monitoring and analysis activities become easy, fast, and effective.
The marketing agency can now monitor the performance of its activities and create market analyses in reduced times and with great simplicity. The intelligent suggestions section proved particularly valuable, speeding up analysis times and minimizing the possibility of missing valuable insights.
The analysis and investigation capacity has also increased, thanks to the full exploitation of Big Data.
The implementation of this solution has led to tangible results, including increased productivity, greater adaptability to market needs, and overall improvement in business performance.
